What it means to be an ambassador
Donate Life Ambassadors are messengers tasked with creating goodwill towards organ, eye and tissue donation and LifeSource in their communities. This can take many forms but revolves around each ambassador sharing their story with a variety of audiences through both self-directed and LifeSource initiated opportunities.
Examples of community outreach opportunities include media interviews, social media posting, health fairs, speaking engagements, school presentations, office work and community events.
LifeSource will help provide resources and materials for ambassadors to implement their own community outreach opportunities in coordination with Teresa Turner, LifeSource’s Advocacy & Ambassador Coordinator.
