Seeking Rockstars to Help Save Lives
In March 2020, my mom received a stem cell transplant. Although it was not facilitated by LifeSource, I received a first-hand glimpse at the impact organ, tissue and eye donation has on patients and their families. I’m honored to support an organization that shares these incredible gifts with other families.
As a talent engagement specialist at LifeSource, it’s my role to meet with folks interested in LifeSource, learn about their backgrounds, and help them find a fit at the organization. I also support internal employees as they learn and grow within the organization. It’s my dream job – I get to meet interesting people every day! I’m always open to speaking with people about opportunities at LifeSource, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Prior to joining LifeSource, I graduated with a degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin, and I worked as a recruiter and trainer for a healthcare IT company. In that role, I learned the importance of building a strong and diverse network of relationships.
As a mission driven organization, every single team member at LifeSource understands their role in ensuring that donation opportunities can occur. I return to work each morning because I know the incredible importance of my role in bringing talent into the organization who will save lives through the gift of donation. How many other HR professionals get to say they save lives?
