People, Process, Tools
I ensure we have the best people, processes and tools to do our best work here at LifeSource.
I have devoted my career to building strong communities through the professional management of nonprofit organizations. I’ve also served on the boards of United Network for Organ Sharing, the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations, Minnesota AIDS Project, Center for Nonprofit Management at the University of St. Thomas, District 202, Alliance Cooperative Housing, Walker Methodist Foundation, Mayflower Foundation, Minnesota Online High School, and committees with OutFront Minnesota and Alzheimer’s Association of Minnesota. For the past decade, I’ve taught a nonprofit financial management class at Hamline University in the graduate school of business and in this way contribute to the future success of the sector. In 2019, I was recognized with the 2019 Outstanding Faculty Award from Hamline University School of Business.
Walking the halls of LifeSource and reading the stories of donors and recipients still stirs intense emotions within me. This work is so important for donor families in search of healing and recipients in pursuit of hope.
