Join fellow donor family members and others from the donation and transplant community to remember your loved one and celebrate their life during these casual summer gatherings.

Picnic Time: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Food will be served at 12:30 p.m.
Memory Photo Buttons: LifeSource would like to offer memory photo buttons of your loved one to wear at this event. If you would like button(s) made from your loved one’s photo, you may upload their photo with your RSVP for the picnic. Buttons will be made prior to the event and handed out at the picnic.
Please know that you are also welcome to bring a photo of your loved one to the picnic to display.
Traveling Tribute Garden: At this event, we will be highlighting donor photos and stories through our Traveling Tribute Garden; a collection of memorial signs honoring donors and transplant recipients. If you are a donor family and would like to honor your loved one with a tribute sign, or a transplant recipient who would like to share your story in this way, please visit www.life-source.org/tribute-sign.
Please note, if you have already submitted a memorial sign for your loved one, it will be displayed at this event, and you do not need to resubmit.
The deadline to submit a memorial sign to be included at this year’s events is June 1.
