As Chief Financial Officer, I oversee the organization’s financial strategy, performance, and controls. I also have responsibility for both the Finance and IT functions. After spending more than 20 years in the medical technology field, I have seen firsthand how life-saving care depends on innovation and compassion.

Before joining LifeSource, I served as Transformation CFO at Pentair, and prior to that spent more than 20 years at Medtronic in roles of increasing responsibility within Corporate Finance, most recently as Finance Director for Enterprise Excellence. These experiences strengthened my ability to lead complex change, drive operational excellence, and partner strategically across the organization in my role at LifeSource.
