Request an in-person class

To request an in-person Transplantation Science class, please complete and submit the form below. A Public Education Specialist will follow up to confirm the details. 

Please keep the following in mind when submitting your request: 

• Provide three possible dates. We will make every effort to schedule your first choice, but it may not always be available. 

• Submit your request at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance of your requested date(s). 

• The educator will need access to the classroom at least 20 minutes early for set-up and about 15 minutes after the last class for clean-up. 

• The educator will need to stay in the same classroom for all periods due to set-up time. 

• At this time, the Transplantation Science Program is available only to high schools in the 7-county Twin Cities Metro area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington).
