Many hospital partners honor this gift through an Honor Walk — a deeply meaningful moment where hospital staff line the hallway in silence, or with music that resonates with the family and donor – as an organ donor is escorted from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to the operating room. Families walk alongside their loved one, witnessing the quiet impact of their final act of generosity. 

Many families choose to capture this moment on video.

Upload your video footage along with any images/memories of your loved one using the secure form below.

2. We create your keepsake
Our video production team thoughtfully edits and composes your video.  

3. Receive your video
You’ll receive a private link to your completed keepsake within 5 – 7 business days to view, download and share. If you have a planned service sooner than this timeframe, please let us know when asked in the form.
