Donate Life℠ is the national brand for the cause of donation that aims to motivate the public to register as organ, eye and tissue donors and manages the National Donate Life Registry at RegisterMe.org. As part of the National Registry, Donate Life Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota are state-based donor registry websites managed by LifeSource.
Over the past 25 years, Donate Life America and the Donate Life Community have registered 147 million organ, eye and tissue donors in the United States – more than 58% of the adult population.
Our Partnership
LifeSource is designated as one of 56 organ procurement organizations (OPO) in the United States – each with its own designated service area – to facilitate the organ donation and transplantation process. We serve the second largest geographical region, focusing on Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and portions of western Wisconsin. We are proud to be an authorized partner of Donate Life America and promote donor registration – a decision that saves lives.

Busting myths,
saving lives!
Only about 50% of people in the Upper Midwest have registered as organ donors, and many misconceptions are contributing to people on the transplant waiting list not being able to get the organ they need. Our latest public awareness campaign features Bigfoot – one of the greatest legends of all time – busting myths and highlighting the truth about the importance of donation. Organ donation is for the big at heart, so let’s work together to reduce the waiting list and save lives.
