Chad L. Nelson

January 29, 1981 – July 6, 2003

Chad was only 22 when he died from an ATV accident. Because of Chad’s caring heart and always helping others, we donated Chad’s organs so others could have a second chance. The deer represents Chad’s love of deer hunting and the blue represents the water he loved to canoe on.
