Donate Life Day at the Minnesota State Capitol

What is Donate Life Day? 

Donate Life Day at the MN State Capitol provides the opportunity for donation supporters to speak with their elected officials about important donation-related issues and provide legislators with a personal connection to our life-saving mission. 

Who should attend? Anyone who supports organ, eye and tissue donation.  

Why participate? To share your stories, clarify misinformation and create lasting support for organ, eye and tissue donation in Minnesota. 

Event Details 

Date: Wednesday, February 28, 2024 | 8:00 am to 3:00 pm  

Time: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

• 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. Rally in the Rotunda 
• 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Individual meetings* with your State Representatives and Senators

How to Participate:  

• In-person 15-minute meeting with your State Representative(s) and Senator(s) OR 
• Send an email message to your State Representative(s) and Senator(s)

RSVP is required in order to facilitate a meeting with your State Representative and Senator, and to order your t-shirt. We’ll coordinate and confirm your meeting times by Monday, Feb. 26. 

A virtual Donate Life Day prep training will be offered leading up to Feb. 28, including:  

• How to talk to your State Representative and/or Senator 
• Review logistics 
• Q&A
