The Fargo picnic coincides with our Strides for Second Chances, a walk to honor organ, eye and tissue donors.
Please join us anytime between 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for the walk or picnic, or both.
- Registration begins at 10:00 a.m.
- Brief program at 10:30 a.m. followed by the walk with food to follow.
Memory Photo Buttons: LifeSource would like to offer memory photo buttons of your loved one to wear at this event. Buttons will be made prior to the event and handed out at the picnic. If you would like to have buttons made with your loved one’s photo to wear at the event and to have as a keepsake, please email your photo to familyservices@life-source.org along with your loved one’s name and the number of buttons you would like.
Please know that you are also welcome to bring a photo of your loved one to the picnic to display.
Traveling Tribute Garden: At this event, we will be highlighting donor photos and stories through our Traveling Tribute Garden; a collection of memorial signs honoring donors and transplant recipients. If you are a donor family and would like to honor your loved one with a tribute sign, or a transplant recipient who would like to share your story in this way, please visit www.life-source.org/tribute-sign.
Please note, if you have already submitted a memorial sign for your loved one, it will be displayed at this event, and you do not need to resubmit.
The deadline to submit a memorial sign to be included at this year’s event is June 1.
