The goal of my role is to partner with our leaders to bring alignment with our people management practices and business strategies. Additionally, I support our organization in a variety of HR operational areas, such as, new team member onboard, employee relations, leaves of absences and accommodations, and more.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Human Resources Development and began my early HR career at a couple of health care organizations, as well as at a nonprofit art institute. Prior to LifeSource, I worked at the big retail giant, Amazon. It’s been a great experience learning and working within different industries.

In all its simplicities and complexities, life. I’ve had the wonderful opportunity of truly seeing the beauty of people and life at LifeSource.
