LifeSource Named Top Workplace

MINNEAPOLIS (June 2019) – For the third time, LifeSource has been named a top workplace by the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Our profile can be found on the Star Tribune’s website.

The Top Workplace award is based on the results of team member feedback in early 2019. The survey is administered by Energage, a leading research firm specializing in engagement and workplace improvement. Among the aspects of workplace culture measured are alignment, execution and connection. LifeSource’s top workplace recognition comes as a national standard setter during a highly competitive year, and speaks to our results to continue to make our organization a great place to work.

This year also marks LifeSource’s 30th anniversary. As founding and current CEO Susan Gunderson shared, “I’m so proud of our team whose daily commitment to our mission drives us forward so that we can be best prepared to support the families we serve. The evolution of our team from a single employee in 1989 to a dedicated group of 159 team members across three states has been a privilege to lead.”
