LifeSource appoints Allison O’Connor as Chief Transformation Officer
New role will drive strategic initiatives to establish LifeSource as a pioneering force in their aim to end the transplant waitlist
MINNEAPOLIS — LifeSource, the organ procurement organization (OPO) for the Upper Midwest, announced today that Allison O’Connor has been appointed Chief Transformation Officer. In this newly created role, O’Connor will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to advance LifeSource’s strategic priorities and long-term growth.

O’Connor brings deep experience in healthcare leadership, strategy and organizational transformation. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Master’s in Business from Cornell University.
Most recently, O’Connor served as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President at LifeSpark, a local organization specializing in senior health. In that role, she oversaw strategy, marketing and communications and human resources and played a key role in driving organizational alignment and growth.
