Register: Donor Family Gathering

This annual remembrance event is an opportunity for donor families to gather with one another and share memories and tributes of their loved ones who have so generously given the gift of life.

Please RSVP by October 20, 2025 in order to have your loved one’s photo and tribute included in the program.

Please note: Registration is closed for Minnesota’s Donor Family Gathering. We’ve reached capacity for the Chaska Donor Family Gathering and are no longer accepting RSVPs.
