I lead the People & Culture team, overseeing operations, execution, and team delivery across recruiting, HR operations, benefits, payroll, and HR business partnership functions. My focus is ensuring an exceptional employee experience while maintaining efficient, compliant, and effective HR processes that support both our people and the organization’s mission.
My experience includes serving on the executive team at Minnesota Autism Centers (MAC Midwest), leading HR at AirCare Health, supporting leaders and employees as an HR Business Partner at Allina Health and Gillette Children’s, and holding a variety of HR roles at the University of Minnesota, where I also earned both my bachelor’s degree in Music and master’s degree in Human Resource Development. This broad background has given me experience balancing strategy and execution while supporting mission-driven organizations through growth and change.
I work at LifeSource because I believe deeply in our mission and the impact we have on donor families, transplant recipients, and the communities we serve. I have three family members who have been kidney donors and recipients. I am inspired by the people I work alongside every day and the way our values—accountability, adaptability, growth mindset, kindness, and trust—are not just words on a wall but are visible in how we support one another, approach challenges, and carry out our work.
