As Director of Learning & Education, I shape enterprise learning and leadership strategy, designing experiences that build capability, strengthen culture and embed equity into how work gets done. I partner with leaders and subject matter experts to turn complexity into clear, scalable learning that drives performance and accountability.

Previously, I led global DEI, organizational development, and change initiatives across Fortune 100 companies, guiding large-scale transformations at the intersection of people, strategy, and systems. My career has spanned corporate strategy and management consulting, grounding our work in the practical belief that learning is most powerful when it moves both minds and results.

I work at LifeSource to put learning in service of something larger than itself. Growing up in a family of educators shaped my belief that education, done well, can change outcomes and lives.
