As Chief People & Culture Officer at LifeSource, I’m honored to lead our human capital strategy. My focus is on aligning HR priorities with organizational goals, strengthening leadership pipelines, and creating an employee experience that is both meaningful and impactful. I believe in future-focused thinking—leveraging data-driven insights and empathetic leadership to build a culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
Before joining LifeSource, I held senior HR leadership roles at Medtronic, Optum, UnitedHealth Group, and Allina Health. Over the course of my career, I’ve led enterprise-wide transformations, developed high-impact leadership programs, and championed inclusive, equitable workplace practices. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and am a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
