Together, We Can Save Lives

As Chief Operations Officer at LifeSource, it’s my job to oversee our quality department and our 24/7 clinical operations for both organ and tissue donation. I love playing a critical role in LifeSource achieving its strategic aim to save 1,000 lives through organ donation and transplant in 2027.

I have worked the last 25 years in hospital healthcare, and the past decade, serving as the System Director of Quality and Patient Safety at North Memorial Heath where I drove operational excellence across various systems. I value teamwork; I have extensive experience setting organizational goals and executing strategies to achieve them. I started my career as a nurse with a robust foundation in patient care and education; and earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.

My favorite aspect of this life-saving mission is being a part of the passion and compassion that defines our LifeSource team and meeting the recipients and families whose lives are touched by our work.
