My dad started each day with joy and expectation. Waking us with a hearty “Good Morning, Sunshine”! He held strong Midwestern values and loved the natural beauty of creation. Hence the color choices: Green – growth, learning thru life/grass and trees; Red – perfect sunrise or sunset/passion and adventure; Blue – clear water and sky/integrity; Tan – the neutral backdrop for contrast/listening and leaving room for others to shine.

The pattern is a modified “Kings Crown”. It represents my father’s Christian faith, secure in knowing that Christ wins each day. The center is “Log Cabin”. It represents his love of home and family. The love is what holds us together, no matter the distance that separates us. Life and Love is a gift.
