Supporting Families After A Loved One Donates

I began working with LifeSource in 2013 providing care and support to donor families by preparing the initial letter they receive sharing information about the generous gifts their loved ones gave through donation. Through this role, I also had the opportunity to provide support to the Donor Family Aftercare team through program and event management.

In 2022, I transitioned to the role of a Donor Family Advocate to continue supporting the generous donor families through their grief journey. It has been an incredible privilege to connect with these families and provide care, resources, and information to support them after the loss of a loved one.

Prior to joining LifeSource, I worked as a paralegal and in roles within the non-profit field supporting public health and early child programs and the community.

I am so touched by the amazing generosity of families during a time of tremendous grief. It continues to be a great privilege honoring donors and assisting in the care of the incredible families supporting the gift of life.
