LifeSource Bridges Donors, Recipients
Transplant Centers are a critical partner in tackling the organ shortage problem. My role focuses on strengthening those partnerships and identifying innovative ways to transplant more organs through technology, process improvements or scientific advancements.
I started my career as a nurse at hospitals including Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. I joined LifeSource a decade later, first as a donation coordinator, then as director of organ procurement.
I’ve devoted my career to management in the non-profit healthcare sector. I value building collaborative relationships to serve the mission of donation and transplantation.
