LifeSource collaborates with hospitals to support families through end-of-life care and honor the donation decision of individuals in our region. Our missions are closely aligned – to save and improve lives through good care.

We want your patients to heal, walk out your doors and return to healthy, vibrant lives. Sadly, despite the best possible care, we know that sometimes that will not happen. It’s only after all life-saving measures have failed and it is clear that a patient is not going to survive his or her illness or injury that we must be open to shifting our focus to saving the lives of patients on the transplant waiting list.
